You all know the slogan: "Guns don't kill people, people kill people."

You all know the slogan: "Guns don't kill people, people kill people." At the Digital Rights Strategies conference in New York City, a similar message could be heard: "DRM doesn't anger consumers, content owners abusing DRM anger consumers."

I hope they get these people to realize to much DRM is a BAD thing!!

EB Games Bids Goodbye

Since EB Games and GameStop merged in 2005, some gamers will tell you the only thing that differentiates the two stores was the sign out front. As of last week, it looks like that final vestige of EB Games is beginning to come down as well.

The new wall paper for Ubuntu (7.10 Gutsy Gibbson)

One of the main reasons why us gutsy testers are so invested in our wallpaper is the first impression ubuntu gives to new users. Just think of how many screenshots (starring gutsy's new wallpaper) will be plastered all over the web when gutsy is finally released...

This is the wallpaper in question:

I do not like it!!

New Linux Drivers From DELL

Linux users want two things for their hardware: drivers; and easy access to those drivers. The first is finally happening; and now, thanks to a Dell Linux project called DKMS (Dynamic Kernel Module Support), the other is on its way.
